The Plaintiffs obviously have the right to appeal, but they have no right to continue STR’s during the appellate process unless they post a supersedeas bond, which I think would be measured by the amount of revenue the Plaintiffs would receive if they rented their properties. Otherwise, short-term renting must end immediately. 

 

Anyone who sees that STR’s are continuing, anywhere in the community, should send details (dates and addresses) to me (doug@douglasrlittle.com) or to Lee Slataper (leeslataper@att.net). If this happens, our counsel will seek a contempt ruling and damages from the Court. This applies to all sections of Pirates Cove.
