The PPOA Annual Members Meeting will be held as follows:

This will be an excellent opportunity to hear a review of the Association’s activities, finances and future plans and goals for the coming fiscal year.

There will be an Annual PPOA Board Meeting immediately following the Annual Members meeting to elect Officers of the PPOA Board.
PPOA Board Member Election Process
On May 11, 2026, the 2026 PPOA Annual Election of Directors opens electronically via VoteHOA. Your primary email on file with CKM will receive an email to vote from VoteHOA. If you do not receive an e-mail from VoteHOA, or if you want to change your primary email on file, please contact Bobbie at bobbie@ckm1.com.
The election will be electronic only. Electronic voting through VoteHOA will remain open until midnight, June 11, 2025. Please follow the voting instructions carefully that are on the ballot.
Please vote for 1 candidate in Pirates Beach, 1 candidate in Laffite's Cove, 1 candidate in Pirates Cove.
You can vote for candidates in every section, regardless of where your property is located. Property Owners of multiple lots will submit only 1 ballot; however, their vote will be automatically increased or decreased (for half lots) by the number of lots owned.
